New Cintiq Companion

Haven't used one or even seen one so I can't comment but here is some information go to the Wacom site for more info.There are two models: the Windows 8 based Cintiq Companion and the Android-powered Cintiq Companion Hybrid.
Both have the same graphic tablet capabilities of the Cintiq 13HD – with full HD displays (13 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixels) and the Wacom Pro Pen, which offers 2,048 levels of pressure and tilt sensitivity.

For my Sunday afternoon speed sketch I have continued with the nautical theme and had a go at a classic inspired motor yacht sketched on my Samsung smart PC using sketchbook pro 6 down at the harbour.

 My Sunday afternoon speed sketch was done on my Samsung smart pc slate on the Train down to Torquay the train was pretty smooth but it was still a bit tricky to get smooth lines ...Anyway enjoyed the scenery along the coast....it was just another concept for the Long rod Nullabor Racer

New wacom tablet..........

Wacom has announced the date they will be unveiling a new tablet they have created via a YouTube video that explains the new Wacom tablet will be officially revealed on August 20th 2013.
The new tablet or tablets will be the first that Wacom have created that can be used as stand alone devices, and the teaser advert explained : Wacom’s “next creative evolution” is on the 20th..........we can't wait

While I was at Art Center Collage of Design for the Annual PACE Forum I was privileged to be asked to demo digital sketching with Sketchbook Pro to the Transport Grad Students.
